Impoundz may revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating this posting. Please visit this page periodically to review these Terms of Use as they are binding on you. These Terms of Use are also incorporated fully into any and all contracts between Impoundz and debtors
We are licensed to provide Vehicle Registration Service (Lien Sale Service) to the public, but our company is not a branch of the Department of Motor Vehicles. Per section 11406(d) CVC. you will be responsible for all fee’s to the DMV.
By signing up to our service via our website it makes this a binding contract. It authorizes Impoundz to process all liens with the provided license Number and VIN Number verified from the vehicle by the Lien Holder and R.A.D, Inc d.b.a. Impoundz is held harmless from any lawsuits, judgments, omissions or errors under any circumstance and you certify under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the information I am providing is true and correct.
· The vehicle must be physically located in the state of California.
· You must have possession of the vehicle on your property to file a lien.
· The vehicle must stay at the physical location address during the entire lien process.
· Every lien must have a Daily storage rate and the daily rate needs to be within 10% of a
few Mechanics or Tow Companies near you. Call around to get the average rate.
· DMV limits the storage fees – to a max of 30 days of storage prior to starting the lien
(even if the vehicle has been sitting for 5 years). Give us the “date in” and we will calculate for you.
· Any back registration fees due stay with the vehicle, even once the lien is completed.
· Once the lien is complete the party that takes the lien packet to the DMV will have to pay
sales tax on the storage fees due (indicated on the lien packet).
· Over $4000 value liens have a 10-day redemption period after the sale date, and you cannot
release the vehicle until after the 10 days have passed.

Once you submit a lien request to us NO refunds will be given under any circumstance.

By visiting the Site and accepting these Terms of Use, you represent and warrant to Impoundz that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the right, authority and capacity to agree to and abide by these Terms of Use. You also represent and warrant to Impoundz Global that you will use the Site in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
You may be given a username and password Impoundz in order to submit data and/or obtain reports/data via the Website. When and if you register for such username and password, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form (including your email address); and to maintain and update your information (including your email address) to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. You acknowledge that, if any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we reserve the right to terminate your use of the Website.
You will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of your login information and shall not to transfer or resell your use of or access to the Site to any third-party.
YOU ARE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR LOGIN INFORMATION AND ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES (INCLUDING PURCHASES, AS APPLICABLE) THAT ARE CONDUCTED THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT.
